The Sinulog Festival is one of the grandest festivals in the Philippines. This festival attracts hundreds and thousands of people from around the country and the world. It is the mother of all Philippine festivals. The city comes alive in a chaotic & euphoric state of celebration all throughout the month of January, though the main event happens on the third Sunday of the month.
